ORDERS
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your online order. Check your spam messages in case it gets sent there. All orders will be processed for delivery between 1 to 3 business days from your purchase. Once ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Kindly double check all shipping address information before confirming your order. Lu France Interiors is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information.
can i change or cancel an order after purchase?
We get it, sometimes you buy something on a whim and for whatever reason, realise you shouldn’t have. Please contact us as soon as possible at france@lufranceinteriors.com. We’ll try our best to cancel your purchase as long as we haven’t shipped the order yet.
what courier do you use and how much is the shipping?
For those in San Diego county, California, delivery is a flat rate of $5 for ALL purchases via USPS or personal too; you may or may not see France drop off your purchases at your door.
For the rest of US addresses, shipping starts at $8.30 via USPS Priority Mail. Products will be shipped out between 1 to 3 business days from purchase. If you have specific concerns or shipping needs, rush shipping or any other questions, please contact us at france@lufranceinteriors.com. We’d love to be part of your homes and would hate for shipping to be the hindrance to that.
For International shipping, kindly send us a message with the product that you want to purchase. We can hold the product while we check shipping rates for you, depending on your shipping address. We can use USPS to your local courier, DHL, or Fedex.
What are your return policies?
We know how it is to work hard and save for products you want and we appreciate your business. It is our hope that our products make you and your homes happy. Every piece from Lu France Interiors was made with utmost love and respect to the natural materials used. We hope you love them as much as our makers do. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, we would love to hear from you. Kindly email us at france@lufranceinteriors.com with your concern.
Due to the handmade nature of the product that makes for a unique one of a kind piece, we aren’t able to process exchanges. We can however issue a full refund upon receipt of the product. For returns, kindly contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Shipping of returns will be at your cost. All Sale items are final.
